摘要(Abstract)：

在尽可能利用现有设备的情况下,通过局部小的改造和尽量少的投资,将原有8个位的全拉伸丝(FDY)卷绕机架(包括卷绕头)整体向后平移,把GR1、GR2热辊和SR1、SR2分丝辊整体拆除,装上8个位的GR1、GR2导丝盘,GR罩壳重新安装,改成8个位的POY生产线。利用原有设备,进行适当的工艺参数的调节,实现在同一条纺丝线上同时生产预取向丝(POY)和FDY两种不同规格的涤纶再生有光丝。
The existing equipment is partially modified with small investment.The original 8 positions fully drawn yarn(FDY) winding frame(including winder) is overall backward moved.The equipment is changed into partially oriented yarn(POY) line with the GR1,GR2 hot roll and SR1,SR2 whole roll are replaced by GR1,GR2 godets and GR cover.After modification,the regenerated bright POY and FDY can be produced at the same time in a spinning line with suitable process parameters.
