聚酯切片色值测试准确率的影响因素探讨The Influence Factors on Accuracy of Color Value Test of Polyester Chips

摘要(Abstract):
利用Lab Scan XE色度仪,分析了影响聚酯切片色值测试准确率的因素,探讨了环境、切片表面水分、制样方式及仪器状态与色值测试准确率的相关性。结果表明:温湿度和环境光源对色值的影响不大;切片表面水分含量大会使L值下降,b值基本不变;制样疏松时,其L值下降,b值上升,并且与制样紧密时有显著性差异;测试前,仪器必须进行标准化校正。
The factors on the accuracy of the color value test of polyester chips were analyzed by Lab ScanXE colorimeter,and the pertinence was discussed between the factors consisting of environment,surface wa-ter of chip,sample preparation method,instrument status and the accuracy of the color value.The resultsshowed that the temperature,humidity and light in the laboratory displayed little effect on color value,the L value decreased with the moisture content of the chips surface increasing,but the b value basically un-changed.When the sample was prepared optionally,the L value decreased while b values increasing,andthere was a significant difference between the sample preparation optionally and normatively.Before thetest,the instrument might be standardized.
