聚羟基丁酸戊酸酯纤维的湿法静电纺丝成形

摘要(Abstract):

采用一种新型湿法静电纺丝方法,以无毒的绝缘液体作为纺丝介质及收集凝固浴,以聚羟基丁酸戊酸酯(PHBV)/有机溶剂体系为研究对象,进行静电纺丝实验,获得了较疏松的三维结构纤维毡。实验采用扫描电子显微镜表征了纤维形态,观察到单根具有皮芯结构的孔隙纤维形态及带状纤维。以DSC表征了热力学性能,并与传统静电纺丝获得的纤维毡进行比较,发现湿法静电纺纤维毡熔点稍低,熔限稍宽,而熔融焓稍低,表明所获纤维的结晶度和结晶规整度稍低于普通静电纺得到的纤维。
In this article,a novel wet-electrospinning was utilized,with nontoxic insulating liquid as the spinning media and coagulation,the loose three-dimension non-woven PHBV fibers were obtained.The effect of the parameters on the electrospinning process and surface morphology were discussed.Due to the unique fluid properties of the wet-electrospinning media,the lowest electrospinnable voltage was down to 2 kilovolt,and the jetting speed as well as the coiling speed was very slow.The fiber morphology was characterized by SEM.Both porous morphologies of skin-core structure in the single fiber and ribbonshaped fibers were observed.Performances of the wet-electrospun fibers such as thermodynamic property and crystallinity were studied via DSC,and were compared to the traditional electrospun fibers.According to the results,the wet-electrospun fiber′s melting point was much lower and the melting limitation was much wider,and the melting enthalpy was lower slightly.The crystalline regularity and degree of crystallinity of the wet-electrospun fiber were a little lower than to the traditional electrospun ones.
