摘要(Abstract):

介绍了对VD405涤纶短纤维生产设备的机械和电气部分进行改造,使其适用于远红外丙纶短纤维生产的经验,指出利用改造后的VD405及LVD801设备生产功能化、差别化纤维是中小型短纤维厂的一条可行之路.
Experiences in the remake of mechanical and electrical parts on Model VD405 spinning machine of PET staple fiber for production of infra-red radiative PP staple fiber are introduced.which points out a feasible way for small to medium size staple fiber plant to produce functional and differential chemical fibers by the use of remake VD405 and LVD801 equipments.
