共混熔纺聚酯负离子纤维纺丝工艺探讨

摘要(Abstract):

探讨了添加奇冰石母粒与切片共混熔纺制取负离子纤维生产中的纺丝工艺。生产中母粒添加量为10%,纺丝温度和纺丝速度都低于常规纺时,可纺性良好。
The spinning processofnegatron fiberw asintroduced.The negatron fiberw asm unufactured by m elt spinning the blend of PET chip and tourmaline. When add amount of tourmaline masterbatch was 10 %, spin- ning temperature and speed were lower than conventional spinning method, the spinnability was good.
