摘要(Abstract):
介绍了相变材料和调温纤维的工作机制,阐述了智能调温纤维的研制工艺,重点讨论了相变储能微胶囊乳液对纤维纺丝溶液熟成度、黏度及纤维成品质量的影响。通过DSC测试分析了纤维及面料的焓值变化,证明了智能调温纤维及其面料具有储能作用。对智能调温纤维的前景进行了展望。
The work mechanism of phase change material and thermoregulated fiber were introduced. The preparation technique of intelligent thermoregulated fiber was introduced. The influences of phase change energy storage microcapsule emulsion on the maturity, viscosity and quality of fiber were discussed emphaticlly. The enthalpy data of fiber and fabric, which demonstrate the energy storage capability of them, was tested by DSC. The prospect of intelligent thermoregulated fiber was prospected.
