水电解制氢槽隔膜用聚苯硫醚纤维的耐碱性能

摘要(Abstract):

聚苯硫醚(PPS)纤维具有良好的物理和化学性能,将成为最有前景的碱性水电解制氢槽隔膜原料之一。通过对PPS短纤维、长丝的碱减量和强力损失率的测试和分析,表明PPS纤维具有良好的耐碱性能,能够满足碱性水电解槽用隔膜的性能要求。
The polyphenylene sulfide(PPS) fiber has good physical and chemical properties,and it will be-come one of the most promising raw materials for alkaline electrolyzer diaphragm of hydrogen production bywater electrolysis.The mass loss and strength loss of the PPS staple fiber and filament in alkaline solutionare tested and analyzed,the results show that PPS fiber has good alkali resistance,and can meet the require-ments of the alkaline electrolyzer diaphragm of hydrogen production by water electrolysis.
