阳离子染料可染改性涤纶的强伸均匀性探讨

摘要(Abstract):

为解决因阳离子染料可染改性聚酯切片特性黏度较低而造成的纺丝过程中存在纤维强度与断裂伸长不均匀的问题,从原料、工艺、设备等方面探讨如何稳定涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)强伸的均匀性。经过试验发现:阳离子聚酯的特性黏度控制为(0.540±0.005)d L/g,同时将纺丝温度、环吹风风压、拉伸倍数、无风区高度等工艺参数控制在合适的范围内,并在生产过程中注意管控组件、风盒、上油系统、瓷件等设备的完好性,可使阳离子FDY的强伸均匀性控制在较均匀的水平,产品质量满足客户的需求。
To solve the problem caused by cationic-dyeable modified polyester chips low intrinsic viscosityof fiber strength and elongation unevenness existing in the spinning process, from raw materials, process,equipment, etc, were discussed how to stabilize the uniformity of the strength and elongation. It was foundthat the intrinsic viscosity of the cationic PET was controlled at 0.540 ± 0.005 d L/g, the spinning tempera-ture, wind pressure, draw ratio and the height of no wind zone were controlled within the appropriate range,and the spin pack, the wind box, oil system, porcelain pieces and other equipments were well controlled, theuniformity of the strength and elongation of cationic FDY would control in a more uniform level to meet cus-tomers needs.
