提升针织服用性能及可持续发展的聚酯纤维新产品
New Product of Polyester Fiber for Improving Knitting Wear-Ability and Sustainable Development

摘要(Abstract):

探讨了聚酯纤维在针织产业链可持续发展的关注重点。尽管聚酯纤维相对其他合成纤维来说综合竞争优势明显,但是由于总量增加所带来的问题必须依靠新技术加以解决,这些技术包括:生物基合成原料,新型催化剂和纤维表面整理剂以及适合针织后加工的改性技术;低毒性的熔体着色技术,新型聚酯纤维替代已知高能耗、不易回收再生以及环保成本相对较高的化学纤维;加工和使用过程无有害醛类的综合技术以及改善或摒弃织物加工过程对环境和人体有不良影响的新型和改性聚酯纤维制造技术。最后,拓展针织加工链具有优势的技术纺织品市场,可以提升可持续发展的竞争力。
The concern of polyester fiber in the sustainable development of knitting industry chain is discussed. Although compared with other synthetic fiber, polyester fiber has comprehensive competitive advantages, however, due to the problem of the total increase, must be sloved depend on new technologies. The new technologies include bio based raw materials, new catalysts and fiber surface modification and finishing agent for technical processing of knitted polyester fiber; new melt coloring technology and low toxicity alternative that of known high energy consumption, easy recovery of chemical fiber regeneration and relatively high environmental costs; comprehensive processing technology and the use of the process without harmful aldehydes and modified polyester fiber manufacturing technology that has adverse effects on the environment and human body. At last, expanding the chain knitting processing has the advantage of technical textiles market, that can promote sustainable the development of competitiveness.
