SIPE-EG溶液制备工艺探究及优化Process Exploration and Optimization of SIPE-EG Solution Preparation

摘要(Abstract):
将第三单体间苯二甲酸双羟乙酯-5-磺酸钠(SIPE)的乙二醇(EG)溶液的酯交换率及其所含二甘醇(DEG)含量、甲醇蒸出物中各组分含量作为主要的分析指标,用高效液相色谱和气相色谱对以上指标进行测定,进而对间苯二甲酸二甲酯-5-磺酸钠(SIPM)与EG的酯交换反应情况进行探究。通过讨论分析现生产条件下制得的SIPE-EG溶液和甲醇蒸出物的各项指标情况,以及EG与SIPM物质的量比、反应终温、反应时间等各工艺条件对合成反应的影响,提出酯交换反应的工艺优化方案为:SIPM和EG采用优等品,SIPM含水率≤0.2%,EG含水率≤0.1%;EG与SIPM物质的量比为10.0∶1;反应时间为4h;反应终温为185℃。
The conversion rate and the content of diethylene glycol(DEG) of the third monomer SIPE-EG so-lution,and the proportion of components of the distilled methanol were taken as the main indicators of analy-sis,which were measured by the high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and the gas chromatogra-phy(GC) separately. And then the reaction between SIPM and EG was studied. After analyzing each indica-tor of both the SIPE-EG solution and the distilled methanol in the existing production conditions,and dis-cussing the effect of the process conditions upon the reaction between SIPM and EG with the change of themolar ratio of EG and SIPM,final temperature and time of reaction,and so on,the optimization suggestionsof the process conditions were put forward: SIPM and EG were used a superior product,the moisture contentof SIPM ≤0.2%,the moisture content of EG ≤0.1%,the molar ratio of EG to SIPM was 10.0∶1,reactiontime was 4h,reaction final temperature was 185℃.
