碳纤维表面处理技术探讨

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了碳纤维的特点及碳纤维表面处理常用方法,采用液相氧化加上阳极氧化的复合表面处理法对碳纤维进行表面氧化处理,然后将表面处理后的碳纤维加捻、并合、再加捻,浸渍于热塑性聚氨脂树脂中,经干燥,制成附着量约为5%的碳纤维复合线;同时用未经表面处理的碳纤维,在同样条件下制成碳纤维复合线进行对比。结果表明:采用缓和的电化学氧化处理和加热处理,能使纤维表面的缺陷得到修复,碳纤维制造过程所形成的物理缺陷得到缓和,使碳纤维的机械强度可在复合材料中起到更大的作用。
The characteristic and the usual surface treatment technology of carbon fiber were introduced.The complex treatment technology of anodic oxidation and liquid-phase oxidation was used for surface ox-idation experiment of carbon fiber.After twisting and drawing the processed fiber,it was dipped into the heated polyurethane resin,the complex carbon fiber thread with 5 % resin was made when dried.By com-paring the products made by non-processed material under same condition,it indicated that the use of moderate electrochemistry oxidation and hydrogenation was useful to repair the faults on the surface of car-bon fiber and played a more important role in enhancing mechanical strength of carbom fiber.
