仿再生纤维素纤维的新型改性聚酯长丝的生产工艺
The Production Process of New Type Modified Polyester Filament for Cellulosic-like Fiber

摘要(Abstract):

使用改性聚酯原料生产改性聚酯长丝,根据原料的特殊性能,采用了特殊的工艺和经改造的设备,使纤维达到常压低温阳离子染料可染的效果;纤维的沸水收缩率达到了2.5%以下,接近粘胶长丝等再生纤维素纤维的水平,达到了仿再生纤维素纤维的目的。
The modified polyester filament was manufactured by modified polyester.The filament can be dyed with cationic dye under low temperature and normal pressure.Through draft processing,boiling water shrinkage of the fiber was below 2.5 %,closing to the cellulosic fiber level.Based on the special performance of the material,special technical adjustments and plant reconstruction,the fiber reached better performance in imitation of cellulosic fiber.
