一种酸浴循环系统故障原因分析及改进措施
Cause Analysis and Improvement Measures of a Type of Acid Bath Circulation System

摘要(Abstract):

主要描述了一种原产于意大利SNAICO公司的FCT型连续纺样机酸浴循环管路及其断流故障现象,通过理论分析及实际验证,得出断流故障的主要原因为管路堵塞、管路阀门损坏以及管路产生气堵。对主要原因——气堵进行了详细的理论分析,总结了在生产中气堵产生的原因:管路布置缺陷、管路进气以及管路中气体排除不完全等。根据分析总结出防止气堵产生以及避免管路断流的措施主要有:提高高位水槽液位,增加排气阀门以及改进管路。该故障的解决措施对在化工生产中管道输送断流故障的解决具有一定的参考作用。
A type of acid bath circulating pipe of FCT type continuous spinning prototype produced by SNAICO Company of Italy and its cutoff failure phenomenon are mainly described. Through theoretical analysis and actual verification, the main reasons for the cutoff fault are pipe line blockage, pipe valve damage and pipeline gas plugging. The main reason——gas plugging, is analyzed in detail, and the causes of gas plugging in production are summarized, such as pipeline layout defects, pipe intake and gas exclusion in pipeline cannot be eliminated, and so on. According to the above analysis, it is concluded that the measures to prevent gas plugging and avoid pipe disconnection are as follows: raising the level of the high water tank,increasing the exhaust valve and improving the pipeline. The solution of the fault has a certain reference function for solving the problem of pipeline cutoff fault in chemical production.
