芳纶涂敷物及其对芳纶复合材料性能的影响

摘要(Abstract):

使用三种不同的有机溶剂萃取芳纶,对获得的萃取物进行了分析,结果表明:萃取物中包含多种成分,其中的醚类和硅油类物质是影响纤维复合材料性能的重要因素;对萃取处理前后芳纶增强环氧树脂复合材料的层间剪切性能进行了研究,初步探讨了纤维表面涂敷物对纤维表面能、纤维复合材料力学性能的影响。
Three kinds of organic impregnant were used to extract the aramid fiber, the analysis of extract result showed that the silicon oil and subject similar to the aether were the major influencing factors, which effected on the characteristic of reinforced composite. The interlaminar shear strength of the composites reinfored by aramid fiber and the extracted fiber were also studied in this paper, the relationship between coating of aramid fiber and fiber surface energy, mechanical property of composite was discussed.
