摘要(Abstract):
对1.33dtex聚酯短纤维用TDSL-2005A/B/C体系表面处理剂的润湿性、抗静电性及摩擦特性等应用性能进行了系统研究。结果表明,以体系三种基本成分中的A/B二元处理剂、混合比3/7作为纺丝处理剂,以三种基本成分中的A/C二元处理剂、混合比7/3作为纺纱处理剂可赋予纤维良好的润湿性、平滑性、抱合性及抗静电性;聚酯短纤维的处理剂总质量浓度应控制在0.15%~0.25%,可保证聚酯纺丝和纤维纺纱的正常进行。随着环境温度的升高,纤维的平滑性和抱合性均增加;而随着湿度的增加,纤维的抗静电性增强,但抱合性和平滑性降低。
The lubrincation, wettability, antistatic properties and friction of interface modification agent TDSL-2005A/B/C system used for 1.33 dtex polyester staple fiber were studied. The results showed that the proportion of the dual modification agent A/B as the spinning modification agent was 3/7, and the proportion of the dual modification agent A/C as the yarn modification agent was 7/3 offering a good wettability, lubrication, cohesion, antistatic property and friction performance. The oil pick-up of polyester staple fiber was controlled at 0.15 % ~0.25 % to ensure the polyester spinning process normally. In addition,the lubrication and cohesion of fiber increased with the environment temperature increasing. The antistatic property of fiber increased with the environment humidity increasing, but the cohesion and lubrication decreased.
