大型化聚酯装置节能优化分析及措施

摘要(Abstract):

桐昆集团现有大型装置产能主要为30~60万t/a系列,根据集团高质量发展要求,结合各装置特点,分析装置的用能大户,在用热、用电方面,从酯化系统、缩聚及真空系统细化核算,配套节能举措,优化设备选型,以一套60万t/h装置生产线为基准进行节能改造,实现吨产品1.73 kW·h用电节能和6.84 kg用煤(按标准煤核算)节能。此外,还实现了蒸汽制冷2 257.5 t/h冷冻水循环量(4~5个月使用周期)和发电2 100 kW·h(6~7个月使用周期),年节省运行成本约2 000万元。
The current capacity of large-scale equipment of Tongkun Group is mainly 300 000 to 600 000 tons per year. According to the high quality development requirement of the group, combined with the characteristics of each device, large user of analytical equipment, in the use of heat, and electricity, from the esterification system, polycondensation and vacuum system refined accounting, supporting energysaving measures and optimizing equipment selection, an annual production line of 600 000 tons is used as the benchmark for energy saving transformation, energy saving of 1.73 kW·h per ton of product and 6.84 kg of coal(calculated according to standard coal) can be realized. In addition, steam refrigeration 2 257.5 t/h refrigerated water circulation(4~5 months service life) and power generation 2 100 kW·h(6~7 months service life) are realized, the annual operating cost is saved about 20 million RMB.
