掺玄武岩纤维排水降噪混凝土的性能研究

摘要(Abstract):

为了进一步提高排水降噪混凝土的性能,以某市市政道路人行道面层为试验对象,在排水降噪混凝土中添加玄武岩纤维,研究玄武岩纤维的添加量、直径和长度对排水降噪混凝土力学性能、排水性和抗冻性的影响,得出如下结论:长度22 mm、直径13μm、添加量4 kg/m3的玄武岩纤维能够提高排水降噪混凝土的强度,改善其排水性和抗冻性。
In order to further improve the performance of drainage and noise reduction concrete, taking the pavement surface of a municipal road in a city as the test object, basalt fiber was added into the drainage and noise reduction concrete, and the effects of the amount, diameter and length of basalt fiber on the mechanical properties, drainage performance and freezing resistance performance of the drainage and noise reduction concrete were studied. The conclusions are as follows: the basalt fiber with length of 22 mm, diameter of 13 μm and added amount of 4 kg/m~3 can improve the strength, drainage performance and freezing resistance performance of drainage and noise reduction concrete.
