溴系阻燃聚酯纤维的试制研究

摘要(Abstract):

本文采用添加型溴系阻燃剂,研完了它与聚酯的相容性、阻燃聚酯的制备及其成纤性能、制得阻燃纤维的物理性能和阻燃性。研究表明:①阻燃剂HAL_1与PET有一定的相容性,于缩聚结束后添加8%的阻燃剂HAL-1于PET中,制得的阻燃聚酯呈均相,具有良好的成纤性能;②该添加量对制得的阻燃聚酯纤维的物理性能没有明显的影响,其织物LOI达27。
This paper deals with the mutual solubility of flame-retardant additive HAL-1 in PET,the preparation of flame retardant polyester and its fiber-forming ability as well as the mechanical properties and the flame retardancy of the resultant fiber made by brom flame-retardant additive.The following results are obtained: 1. There is a certain mutual solubility of flame-retardant additive HAL-1 in PET, by adding 8% HAL-1 in PET at the end of condensation, the resultant flame-retardant polyester presents homogeneous phase and its fiber-forming ability is good. 2. There isn't obvious effect of the additive on mechanical properties of resultant flame-retardant PET fiber and the LOI of its fabric can be increased to 27.
