摘要(Abstract)：

介绍了XTT-2型添加剂在乌鲁木齐石化公司对苯二甲酸(PTA)装置中的应用情况。在应用过程中对XTT-2型添加剂浓度及反应器各项参数进行了不断摸索优化,取得了一定效果,装置醋酸单耗及催化剂消耗有比较明显的降低,对后续产品质量也无任何影响。
The application of XTT-2 additive in the pure terephthalic acid(PTA) plant of Urumqi Petro-chemical Company was introduced. In the application process, the additive concentration and the parame-ters of the reactor were optimized, and some results were obtained. After adding XTT-2 additive, unit con-sumption of acetic acid and catalyst consumption were decreased significantly, but also had no effect on thequality of follow-up products.
