高纯碳纤维毡材料的应用、纯化方法和检测方法

摘要(Abstract):

轻质碳纤维毡以其优越的耐高温性能、高温保温性能、易成型加工性能和低杂质含量而广泛应用于太阳能多晶硅炉、单晶硅炉、半导体炉、蓝宝石炉、拉丝炉、高端冶金热处理炉等高温保温环境。从碳纤维毡的纯度方面入手,对高纯碳纤维毡材料的应用、纯化方法和检测方法进行了概述,特别是对高纯碳纤维毡的物理和化学纯化方法、ICP和GDMS两种元素检测方法进行了介绍,为高纯碳纤维毡的制备、检测和应用提供了一些建议。
Lightweight carbon fiber felt is widely used in solar energy polysilicon furnace, monocrystalline silicon furnace, semiconductor furnace, sapphire furnace, wire drawing furnace, high-end metallurgical heat treatment furnace and other high-temperature insulation environments due to its superior high-temperature resistance, high-temperature insulation performance, easy forming and processing performance and low impurity content. The application, purification methods and detection methods of high purity carbon fiber felt materials are summarized, especially the methods of physical and chemical purification, ICP and GDMS element detection methods. It is hoped that some suggestions for the preparation, test and application of high purity carbon fiber felt can be provided.
