一种熔融纺防脱散氨纶丝的工艺研究

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了一种防脱散氨纶丝的使用原理,并对其生产工艺进行研究。在干燥、组件过滤、冷却、上油等条件优良的前提下,调整了交联剂的添加比例和纺丝温度。试验结果表明:在交联剂质量分数9%、纺丝温度196~197℃时,生产的防脱散氨纶丝性能优异,防脱散效果好。
In this paper,a way of the ladder proofing spandex was introduced,and its spinning process was researched.With the good condition of drying,pack filtering,cooling and finishing,the cross-linking agent adding ratio and spinning temperature was regulated.The results showed that the good property ladder proofing spandex was obtained when 9 % cross-linking agent was used and the spinning temperature was between 196 ℃ to 197 ℃.
