EVOH的熔融流动改性及其皮芯复合纤维的制备

摘要(Abstract):

利用聚丙烯(PP)降温母粒对乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)的熔融流动性进行了改性。测定了不同母粒添加量下EVOH的熔融指数,并通过可纺性试验确定PP降温母粒的最佳添加质量分数为10%。以此比例将PP降温母粒混入EVOH并进行挤出造粒,利用毛细管流变仪对改性EVOH的流动性能进行了表征。结果表明:在相同的加工温度区间内,改性EVOH流动性能与PA6相当匹配,可顺利进行皮芯复合纤维的纺制。EVOH-PA6皮芯复合纤维的综合力学性能较好,吸湿率为2%~3%,酸性染料及活性染料均可成功染色,其中活性染料所染布样色泽光亮,色差较小。
The melting fluidity of ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer(EVOH) was promoted by adding polypro-pylene heat degradation masterbatch(PPMB). The melting flow index of EVOH mixed with different contentsof PPMB were tested, and the best proportion of PPMB was determined to be 10% under which the modifiedEVOH showed a relatively good spinnability. Then EVOH and 10% of PPMB were co-extruded into pellets,and the rheological property of the modified EVOH was investigated. It had been found that under the com-mon processing temperature, the rheological characteristics of modified EVOH matched well with polycapro-lactam(PA6) thus the EVOH-PA6 sheath-core composite fiber could be prepared successfully. The compos-ite fiber possessed good comprehensive mechanical property and moisture absorption rate of 2% to 3%, itcould also be dyed by both acid and reactive dyes to achieve a good color effect, particularly the latter.
