影响涤纶预取向丝后加工染色原因分析Analysis of Influencing Factors on Dyeing of Polyester POY Post-Processing

摘要(Abstract)：
在日常生产过程中,加弹用户对涤纶预取向丝(POY)染色差异问题反馈较多。针对影响涤纶POY后加工染色原因进行分析,对POY集束位置、含油、清板操作、速度超喂、纸管等影响因素进行多组试验数据对比,选出最优解决方案。试验得出:合适的冷却风条件及集束位置可以获得优异的条干不匀率,从而改善后加工染色;同时通过保证均匀上油,设置合理速度超喂,控制清板操作及纸管因素等,也可以有效改善后加工染色。值得注意的是,涉及影响后加工染色因素必须同时具备合理效果,缺一不可。
In the daily production process,there is much feedback from users on the dyeing difference of polyester pre-oriented yarn(POY).The reasons that affect the post-processing dyeing of polyester POY were analyzed.By comparing the influence factors of POY cluster location,oil content,cleaning operation,speed overfeeding,paper tube and so on,the optimal solution is selected.It is concluded that excellent evenness can be obtained with suitable cooling air condition and cluster position,so as to improve postprocessing dyeing.At the same time,it can also effectively improve post-processing dyeing by guaranteeing uniformity of oiling,setting reasonable speed overfeeding,controlling clearing operation and paper tube factors,etc.It is important to note that the factors affecting the post-processing dyeing must have a reasonable effect at the same time.
