I-QOON卷绕头设备的工艺改进
Process Improvement of the I-QOON Twins Winding Head

摘要(Abstract):

结合目前使用的德国Barmag公司I-QOON卷绕头的设备特点,综合所生产全拉伸丝(FDY)的产品品质,根据自身实际生产需要,将I-QOON-5B-1380/24型卷绕头设备进行技术改造,通过在卷绕头上增加一根长导丝棒,改善了FDY产品的不匀率,提高了产品物理性能指标,达到了预期效果。
Combining the characteristics of the equipment of the I-QOON twins winding head from German Barmag Company currently in use, integrating the product quality of the FDY, according to its actual production needs, the I-QOON-5 B-1380/24 twins winding head was technically modified. By adding a long wire rod to the winding head, the unevenness of the FDY product has been improved, the physical performance of the product has been improved effectively and the expected effect has been achieved.
