氨纶结晶性与回弹性能的关系

摘要(Abstract):

应用X-射线衍射等方法研究了部分国产熔纺氨纶及其改性产品、进口熔纺氨纶和进口干纺氨纶产品的结晶性和耐热性,从结晶度、晶粒尺寸和拉伸性能等方面探讨了熔纺和干纺氨纶的结晶性、回弹性和耐热性的关系。试验得出:干纺氨纶结晶度与晶粒尺寸大,回弹性和耐热性明显优于熔纺氨纶。部分国产熔纺氨纶的回弹性和耐热性已经接近或超过进口熔纺产品,尤其改性熔纺产品的干热恢复率指标已经接近干纺氨纶。
The therm alstability of melt-spun polyurethane was generally thought to be poorerthan that of dry-spun polyurethane. The relationship between the thermal stability and the ability of crystallization and elasticity of domestic melt-spun polyurethane and imported melt-spun and dry-spun polyurethane fibers were investigated with X-ray diffraction and the repeating tensile experiment. The results showed that the degree of crystallization and the size of crystallites of dry-spun polyurethane fibers were much larger than those of melt-spun polyurethane fibers, and thus the heat stability and elasticity of dry-spun polyurethane fibers were better than those of melt-spun polyurethanes. It was also found that the thermal stability and e-lasticity of domestic melt-spun polyurethane fibers were as good as those of import corresponding products. The degree of dry-heat recovery of domestic modified melt-spun polyurethane product had come close to those of import dry-spun polyurethanes.
