耐燃腈纶改性技术的研究

摘要(Abstract):

选用改性剂-2、氯化亚铜(CuCl)、丁二酸、乙二胺等作为改性剂,对普通民用腈纶进行处理,然后进行预氧化,比较各种改性剂对纤维预氧化的效果,以及预氧化纤维的力学性能、直径、密度和表面形貌的影响。结果表明:CuCl改性效果最好,能促进环化反应和脱氢反应的进行,降低预氧化起始温度,反应温和,而且还能缩短预氧化时间,预氧丝的抗拉强度提高了57%。
Some modified agents such as CuCl,succinic acid,ethylenediamine are selected to treat acrylic fiber before oxidizing.The effect of these agents on stability performance,mechanic performance,diameter,density and appearance are compared.The results indicatethat CuCl is the best agent.It can accelerate the ring reaction and de hydrogen ation reaction.It also can reduce the start temperature of oxidation and the time of oxidation.The reaction is gentle.The tensile strength of the oxidized fiber is increased by 57%.
