用于聚酯生产的高黏缩聚反应器
High Viscosity Polycondensation Reactors for Polyester Production

摘要(Abstract):

高黏缩聚反应器的设计要点在于既要保证熔体的流动性,又要提供小分子足够的脱挥面积。介绍了单筒单轴/双轴反应器、双筒双轴反应器、笼式缩聚反应器、多段式反应器等卧式反应器的结构和特点,这些卧式反应器在液相增黏中均有不错的反应效果;介绍了立式落条式降膜反应器和栅板式降膜反应器的结构和特点,这两种立式反应器在能耗方面比较有优势,也具有一定的开发前景。
The key point of design of high viscosity polycondensation reactor is not only to ensure the fluidity of melt, but also to provide enough devolatilization area of small molecules. The structure and characteristics of horizontal reactors, such as single cylinder single axis/double axis reactor, double cylinder double axis reactor, cage polycondensation reactor and multi-stage reactor, are summarized. These horizontal reactors have good reaction effect in increasing liquid viscosity. The structure and characteristics of vertical reactors, such as falling-strip falling film reactor and grid-plate falling film reactor are introduced. These two kinds of vertical reactors have advantages in energy consumption and have certain development prospects.
