废旧衣物循环利用进展及建议The Progress and Suggestions of Waste Garments Recycle and Reuse

摘要(Abstract)：
简要介绍了美国、日本、欧洲等地废旧衣物循环利用的情况,重点分析了我国废旧衣物产生及处理情况,并介绍了国内废旧衣物的主要交易市场。对我国废旧衣物循环利用的进展进行了介绍,指出了在循环利用过程中存在的问题并对此提出了建议。
The situations of waste garments recycle and reuse in USA,Japan,UK,etc.were introduced briefly.The situation of waste garments in China and its handling were mainly analyzed,and the main business markets of waste garments in China were described.At the meantime,the recycling of waste garments in China was introduced,the suggestions were made in order to solve the problems in the recycle of waste garments.
