无机粒子处理烟用聚丙烯纤维的吸附性能

摘要(Abstract):

为了提高聚丙烯纤维的吸附性能,采用烟用粘合剂/纳米SiO2、ZnO和Al2O3对其进行处理。以吸附苯蒸汽作为评价指标,采用静态饱和吸附法和常压流动吸附法测定了处理后的聚丙烯纤维的吸附性能。研究表明:处理后的聚丙烯纤维的吸附性能有了较大提高;其中,采用烟用粘合剂/纳米SiO2处理的聚丙烯纤维的吸附性能最好。
In order to improve the adsorbability of polypropylene fiber, a variety of polypropylene fibers were prepared with cigarette adhesive and mineral particles such as nano silicon dioxide, zinc oxide and alumina. And the adsorption behavior of benzene steam on polypropylene fibers was analyzed by static saturated adsorption and atmospheric flow adsorption equipments. The results showed that the adsorbability of polypropylene fibers after modification were greatly improved, especially that of polypropylene fiber prepared with cigarette adhesive and nano silicon dioxide was the best.
