Lyocell长丝非织造材料的制备及性能

摘要(Abstract):

将纤维素溶解于N-甲基吗啉-N-氧化物(NMMO)中,采用干喷湿纺的方法制备了一种全新的Lyocell长丝非织造材料。通过试验考察了不同牵伸倍数对Lyocell长丝非织造材料相关性能的影响,采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪对Lyocell长丝非织造材料进行了表征,并对Lyocell长丝非织造材料和Lyocell短纤非织造材料的力学性能、掉屑性能以及吸水性能进行了对比研究。结果表明:对于该体系,制备工艺参数中的牵伸倍数对样品中纤维的直径、样品的厚度影响较大;同时也间接影响样品的力学性能、掉屑性能以及吸水性。Lyocell长丝非织造材料的吸水性能略优于Lyocell短纤非织造材料,但力学性能和掉屑性能远优于后者。
A novel Lyocell filament nonwoven material was prepared by dry spray and wet spinning method by dissolvating cellulose in N-methylmorpholine N-oxide(NMMO). The effects of different drafting ratio on the properties of Lyocell filament nonwovens were investigated. The Lyocell filament nonwovens were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The mechanical properties, chip dropping properties and water absorption properties of Lyocell filament nonwovens and Lyocell staple nonwovens were compared. The results show that for this system, the drafting ratio of the preparation process parameters has a great influence on the fiber diameter and the thickness of the sample. At the same time, it also indirectly affects the mechanical properties, chip dropping performance and water absorption of the sample.The water absorption of Lyocell filament nonwovens is slightly better than that of Lyocell staple nonwovens,but its mechanical properties and chip dropping properties are much better than those of Lyocell staple nonwovens.
