Development of Light-storing Fiber and its Process Discussion

摘要(Abstract):

蓄光纤维是通过用碱土类硅酸盐荧光粉体或氧化铝加稀土元素组成的发光粉体,制成一定浓度母粒切片,用母粒来纺丝。粉体在纺丝时最易产生“团聚”现象。主要讨论粉体在切片中的均匀分布性以及运用两步法开发的蓄光涤纶长丝从原料、过滤材料到工艺参数等关键点的选择。
The light-storing fiber was produced from fluorescent masterbatch which was composed by basic silicate or alumina with thulium. The fluorescent powder was easy to generate"gobbet". The paper discussed the uniform distribution of fluorescent powder in the chip, and development of light-storing fiber from raw material of filament by two step and its process parameters.
