摘要(Abstract)：
通过设计新的喷丝板进行3.33dtex中空纤维增容生产,对其纺丝、拉伸工艺进行研究。与增容前的生产工艺进行对比,验证了3.33dtex增容喷丝板的设计可行性,达到了保证产品原有质量,提高产能的目的。
By designing of new spinnerets, the production of capacity incerasing of 3.33 dtex hollow fiber and its spinning and drawing process were investigated . Compared with the process before capacity increased, the design of spinnerets for 3.33 dtex hollow fiber capacity increasing was feasible and capacity was imp roved and quality remained same.
