涤纶全拉伸丝外观圈丝的产生原因分析Analysis on the Cause of Loopy Yarn in Spinning Process of Polyester Fully Drawn Yarn

摘要(Abstract):
探讨了熔体可纺性对圈丝产生的影响,分析了熔体中杂质对熔体过滤性及其黏度变化对流变性的影响,提出了改善熔体可纺性工艺控制和加强纺丝操作的技术要求。指出在纺丝成形过程中,为防止圈丝产生应控制喷丝板质量、侧吹风温度、导丝瓷件精度及纺丝温度等几个重要工艺技术要求,从而有效防止在熔体直纺涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)生产过程中外观圈丝质量降等的产生。
This article analyses the effects of polymer spinnability on loopy yarn,polymer impurities on filtration and the change of visocosity on rheology,and puts forward process control requirements to improve polymer spinnability and technical requirements to enhance spinning operations.The several important process parameters should be controlled to avoid loopy yarn in spinning,such as quality of spinnerate,temperature of quenching air,guides precision and spinning temperature.In this way,the quality degradation casused by loopy yarn in polyester fully drawn yarn(FDY)spinning is prevented.
