摘要(Abstract)：

基于对JWA1680卷绕头结构的分析,计算得到卷绕过程中接触压力角的变化过程,通过安装比例阀实现对主气缸压强的分段控制。经过修正得到一组合理的分段直径及相应气缸压强值,卷绕接触压力基本保持恒定,丝饼成型良好。
Based on the analysis of JWA1680 winder structure,the change process of contact pressure angle in winding is obtained,the segmental control of main cylinder pressure is achieved by mounting proportional valve.And through adjustment,a reasonable set of diameter and cylinder pressure is gained by calculating,contact pressure in winding nearly keep constant and package building is good.
