摘要(Abstract):
目前,纳米二氧化硅(SiO2)粉体已广泛应用于纤维的改性中。选择了2种偶联剂、3种表面活性剂对纳米二氧化硅粉体进行表面改性,并采用分光光度法、粒度分析法表征改性效果。结果表明:改性剂的种类、用量的不同对改性效果影响很大;同时也发现了选用偶联剂和表面活性剂按一定的比例复合使用,改性效果更好。
Resently, nano-SiO2 powder has been widely applied to fiber modification. The surface of nano-SiO2 powder was modified by using two kinds of coupling agent and three kinds of surface active agent. The modified effect of nano-SiO2 powder was characterized by spectrophotometer nanometer diameter methods. The results showed that the different of the reagent species and amount were largely influent to the modification effect. The modified effect was more obvious, which could be achieved by using the coupling agent and surface active agent .
