精对苯二甲酸装置氧化尾气综合处理方案

摘要(Abstract):

针对精对苯二甲酸(PTA)尾气产生的机制及组成,系统分析了PTA氧化尾气综合处理方案。通过利用冷凝回收法、液体吸收法、吸附法及氧化法各自的优点,不但回收了尾气中的醋酸、对二甲苯等原辅料,而且回收了氧化反应热,合理利用了氧化尾气的能量,达到节能降耗的目的。重点介绍了热氧化法中再生性热氧化及催化氧化技术,有效净化了尾气中挥发性有机化合物,满足了环保排放要求。
According to the mechanism and composition of purified terephthalic acid(PTA) off-gas, the comprehensive treatment scheme of PTA oxidation off-gas was analyzed. Using the respective advantages of condensation recovery method, liquid absorption method, adsorption and thermal oxidation, the paraxylene acetic acid and other raw materials were recovered, and the oxidation reaction heat was also recovered, the oxidized off-gas energy was rational used, the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption were achieved. The regenerative thermal oxidation and catalytic oxidation technology in the thermal oxidation process were mainly introduced, and the volatile organic compounds in the off-gas were purified effectively,which met the requirement of environmental protection.
