有机改性氧化石墨烯/尼龙纤维的性能研究Research on Performance of Organic Modified Oxidized Graphene/Nylon Fiber

摘要(Abstract):
以氧化石墨烯为原料,制备有机改性氧化石墨烯,提高石墨烯的分散稳定性,并将其加入到尼龙粉体中,采用熔融纺丝工艺制备有机改性氧化石墨烯/尼龙纤维。通过X射线衍射、红外光谱、扫描电镜、X射线光电子能谱分析等仪器,分析了石墨烯、氧化石墨烯和有机改性氧化石墨烯的结构、形态和分散性特征,结果表明:由改性的氧化石墨烯原料制备的尼龙纤维,物理性能优异,并具备石墨烯特性,具有抗菌、抗紫外、防螨虫和远红外理疗等功能。
The organic modified oxidized graphene were prepared from oxidized graphene to improve the dispersion stability of graphene, and the organic modified oxidized graphene/nylon fibers were prepared by melt spinning process by adding it into nylon powder. The structure, morphology and dispersion characteristics of graphene, oxidized graphene and organic modified oxidized graphene were studied by X-ray diffraction, infrared spectrum, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The results show that the graphene/nylon fibers prepared from modified oxidized graphene have excellent physical properties and graphene properties, and have antibacterial, UV resistance, mite prevention and far-infrared physiotherapy functions, et al.
