合理增加DTY丝筒卷装重量的方法探讨A METHOD FOR REASONABLE INCREASING DTY YARN BOBBING WEIGHT

摘要(Abstract)：
在不改变ＤＴＹ卷绕丝筒密度和丝筒卷绕外径的前提下,通过减小ＤＴＹ丝筒的卷绕角角度来增加ＤＴＹ的丝筒卷装重量,并且经过理论推导和工作实践证明了上述方法是确实可行的。由此为ＤＴＹ生产厂家增加了可观的净增收入,对当前ＤＴＹ生产中的成本控制有借鉴作用。
Under the no change of limitation of the DTY yam winding density and the DTY yam bobbin diameter, the DTY yam bobbin weight is increased by reducing the yarn winded angle. It is proved fay both theoretical calculation and practical operation. With the yam bobbin weight increased, the DTY yam manufacture has got the extra profit obviously.
