全消光仿棉涤纶拉伸变形丝生产工艺探讨Discussion on Production Process of Full Dull Cotton-Like Polyester Draw Textured Yarn

摘要(Abstract)：
对巴马格eFK型假捻变形机进行改造,采用75 dtex/72 f全消光涤纶预取向丝(POY)和83 dtex/36 f半消光全拉伸丝(FDY),生产涤纶146 dtex全消光仿棉拉伸变形丝(DTY),探讨了生产工艺。结果表明:在拉伸速度550～600 m/min、拉伸比1.110～1.115、D/Y比1.60、拉伸变形温度195～200℃、定形温度155～160℃、预网络压力0.30 MPa的条件下,生产的146 dtex全消光仿棉DTY断裂强度为3.49 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为18.88%,沸水收缩率为3.98%,卷曲收缩率为15.58%,产品经后道加工,棉型感良好、手感蓬松、光泽柔和,具有较好的吸湿和抗起球特性,已获得客户的认可。
The Barmag eFK false twisting machine was transformed, 146 dtex full dull cotton-like polyester DTY was produced by using 75 dtex/72 f full dull polyester POY and 83 dtex/36 f semi-dull FDY, and the production process was discussed. The result show that under the conditions of speed of 550～600 m/min,draw ratio of 1.110～1.115, D/Y of 1.60, texturing temperature of 195～200 ℃, setting temperature of 155～160 ℃, pe-interlaceing pressure of 0.30 MPa, the breaking strength of full dull cotton-like pelyester DTY is about 3.5 cN/dtex, the elongation at breat is 18.8%, the boiling water shrinkage is 3.98% and the crimp shrinkage is 15.58%. After processing the product has good cotton type feeling, fluffy touch, soft luster and good moisture absorption and anti-pilling properties. It has been recognized by customers.
