缩聚真空系统气相管线堵塞原因及处理措施

摘要(Abstract):

结合880 t/d聚酯装置实际生产情况,分析了聚酯装置缩聚真空系统气相管线出现堵塞的原因,并提出处理措施。结果表明:缩聚真空系统气相管线堵塞主要原因是酯化率过低、真空度过高和反应釜内温差大,造成缩聚段有大量的小分子低聚物被抽出,吸附在气相管线管壁上,导致气相管线堵塞。通过采取优化聚酯工艺参数和定期用热的回用乙二醇进行热蒸煮等手段,缩聚真空系统气相管线堵塞风险减少,保证了真空系统的稳定运行。
Combined with the actual production situation of 880 t/d polyester plant, the reasons for the blockage of the gas pipeline in the polycondensation vacuum system of the polyester plant were analyzed,and the treatment measures were proposed. The results show that the main reasons for the blockage of the gas phase pipeline in the polycondensation vacuum system are the low esterification rate, the high vacuum degree and the large temperature difference in the reactor, which will cause a large number of small molecular oligomers to be drawn out in the polycondensation section and adsorbed in the gas phase pipeline on the wall, causing the gas pipeline to be blocked. By adopting measures such as optimizing the polyester process paraments and regularly using hot recycled ethylene glycol for thermal cooking, the blockage risk of the gas phase pipeline of the polycondensation vacuum system is reduced, and the stable operation of the vacuum system is ensured.
