摘要(Abstract)：
介绍了一种可通过纺前着色生产超细纤维的方法,加工成着色均匀、色牢度高、具有超强吸水去污能力、超柔软性和超仿真性的有色复合超细纤维。概述了相应的预取向丝(POY)、拉伸变形丝(DTY)、开纤的工艺流程以及工艺参数,认为该产品省去印染环节,符合节能减排的要求。
New process for dyeing of superfine fiber before spinning were discussed in this article.The coloured superfine fiber produced by this process had advantages of high colour fastness、 good absorbtion、super softness and easy clean.The process parameters and produce processes for POY,DTY and fiber splitting were desctribed.The process was conformed to energy-saving and emisssion-reduction.
