聚酯熔体过滤器的改造The Transform of PET Polymer Filter

摘要(Abstract)：
针对聚酯生产装置增容后,熔体过滤器滤芯使用周期缩短,熔体直纺长、短丝组件使用周期缩短的情况,对熔体过滤器进行改造,延长了滤芯的使用周期和长、短丝组件的使用周期,使生产成本大大降低,取得了显著的经济效益。并探讨了改造存在的一些缺点和不足。
This article details the shortening of operation cycle of polymer filter and spinning pack after capacity increasing of polyester production equipment. In order to solve this problem, the polymer filter is remaded. Finally, the working cycle of polymer filter and spinning pack is extended and production cost is reduced. The shortcoming after transforming is also discussed.
