摘要(Abstract):
采用康泰斯装置和全套日本TMT卷绕、纺丝设备,瑞士马格增压泵,浙江中孚环吹风机,生产超细、超柔舒感84 dtex/144 f半消光圆孔涤纶预取向丝(POY)。通过调整喷丝孔排列,优化喷丝孔长径比,调整组件砂配比,缩短无风区长度,选择合适的油嘴、油剂,以及丝饼卷重的创新等工艺的改进,在降低生产成本的同时,大大提升了新产品的可纺性,也降低了新产品的条干不匀率。
Using Chemtex device and a full set of Japanese TMT winding and spinning equipment, Maag pump from Switzerland, and Zhejiang Zhongfu ring blower, the super fine and ultra-soft sense 84 dtex/144 f semi-dull round hole polyester pre-oriented yarn(POY) was produced. By adjusting the arrangement of the spinneret holes, optimizing the length-diameter ratio of the spinneret holes, adjusting the proportion of component sand, shortening the length of the windless area, choosing the appropriate nozzle and oil agent, and innovating the silk cake roll weight, etc., at the same time of reducing the production cost, the spinnability of the new product is greatly improved, and the uniformity of the new product is also reduced.
