聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯的热降解性能

摘要(Abstract):

采用了旋转流变仪、凝胶色谱等仪器对聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)的热降解性能进行了研究。研究表明:随着时间的延长,PTT熔体的相对分子质量和熔体黏度明显下降,而相对分子质量分布没有明显变化;随着温度的升高,PTT熔体的降解速度明显增大;在不同剪切速率下,两种国外PTT熔体的热降解速率基本相同;PTT相对分子质量越高,越易发生热降解。
The thermal degradation property of poly(trimethylene terephthalate) was studied by means ofrotational rheometer and gel chromatography, etc. It comes to the conclusions as follows: as time goes on,PTT melt begins to degrade, molecular weight and viscosity of PTT decrease obviously, but the molecularweight distribution is almost not changed. The thermal degradation rate of PTT melt increases with theincreasing of temperature. Under the different shear rate, the thermal degradation rate of two overseas PTTare basically identical. The more molecular weight of PTT is high, the more thermal degradation is easy.
