从涤纶短纤超长倍长常见故障追踪生产隐患研究Research on Tracing Production Trouble from Over-length Staple Fibre

摘要(Abstract)：
超长、倍长在涤纶短纤生产中是一项常规控制指标,在生产中受全流程各方面因素影响,它的数值高低对下游纺织生产质量影响很大。对管理和生产方面进行了专项分析,取得了生产隐患消除、控制难度降低的好结果。
Over-length or several times length staple fibre is a regular control index in PET staple fibre pro-duction. It has great influence on the downstream textile production. The article focuses on how to control the index at a very low level since over-length fibre is influenced through the whole process of production. Production trouble is deleted and difficulty of control is lowered down.
