热压温度对芳纶纸基材料结晶特性的影响研究

摘要(Abstract):

聚合物的结晶特性对其力学性能有着重要影响,采用X射线衍射对芳纶及对位芳纶纸基材料的结晶特性进行了研究。研究表明:对位芳纶短切纤维的结晶度高于沉析纤维,经湿法成纸后,随着热压温度的上升,纸张结晶度上升;当热压温度为220℃时,纸张结晶度为82%,抗张强度增大;而热压温度达240℃时,结晶度又有所下降,表现在纸张局部发脆,力学性能降低。
The crystalline characteristics of polymers have important influence on their physical and mechanical properties,so the crystalline properties of aramid fiber and para-aramid paper-based materials are studied by XRD.The results show that the crystallinity of the para-aramid short-cut fiber is higher than the para-aramid fibrid.After wet forming,the more the thermal pressing temperature increased,the higher the crystallinity of paper increased.When the thermal pressing temperature is 220℃,the paper crystallinity is82%,and the tensile strength is also increased.However,the temperature reaches 240℃,the crystallinity is decreased,the performance of the paper is brittle,and the physical mechanical property is decreased.
