微纳米材料改性大有光聚酯纤维的制备及性能评价Preparation and Evaluation of Lustrous PET Fibers Modified by Micro-Nano Materials

摘要(Abstract):
高品质细旦化异形大有光聚酯纤维存在着条干不匀率高、染色均匀性和稳定性差,且后加工效率低等问题,无法满足高速经编要求。采用在线添加高分散性的微纳米无机粉体母粒的方法,结合熔体直纺技术,优化纺丝工艺,最终制备出力学性能、光泽、染色性能均得到改善的高品质细旦大有光聚酯纤维。着重研究了无机粒子在聚酯纤维表面的分散性以及改性聚酯纤维的力学性能、光泽性能、摩擦性能和织物的染色性能。
High-quality fine denier special-shaped polyester(PET) fibers with luster have some problemssuch as high unevenness, poor dyeing uniformity and stability and low efficiency of post-processing, whichcan't meet the requirements of high-speed warp knitting. In this paper, high-quality fine denier PET fiberswith luster, which hare excellent mechanics, luster and dyeing properties, are prepared by online addinghighly dispersive inorganic micro-nano powder masterbatch, combining melt spinning technique and opti-mizing spinning process. The dispersion of inorganic particles, mechanical and luster, friction properties ofpolyester fibers, and the dyeing property of fabric are investigated in this study.
