摘要(Abstract)：
对熔体计量泵结构和工况条件进行了分析,探讨了引起计量泵出现卡泵问题的原因。从计量泵的安装、结构和工况条件三方面分析,得出了解决卡泵问题的6种方法。根据计量泵所处的工作条件,采用相应的方法,就能解决卡泵问题。
The structure and working conditions of the melt metering pump are analyzed, and the reasonsthat cause the problems of broken pump are discussed. Based on the analysis of installation, structure andworking conditions of the metering pump, six methods to solve the problem of the broken pump are ob-tained. According to the working conditions of the metering pump, different methods can be adopted tosolve the problem of the broken pump
