微胶囊技术在纺织上的研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

综述了微胶囊技术近几年的应用发展,描述了界面聚合法、原位聚合法、复合凝聚法等几种常用微胶囊制备技术,以及微胶囊应用技术近几年在实际研究中的作用。着重介绍了微胶囊在纺织后整理、印花、染色中的作用。通过几种研究技术的比较和在各个领域应用的综述,找出微胶囊技术在纺织领域应用中的注意事项和它本身存在的技术局限性,并对微胶囊技术的未来进行了展望。
The application and development of microencapsulation technology in recent years are reviewed.Several common microencapsulation techniques, such as interfacial polymerization, in-situ polymerization,composite agglomeration and so on, and the application of microcapsule technology in recent years in practical research role, are described. The function of microcapsule in textile finishing, printing and dyeing is mainly discussed. Based on the comparison of several kinds of microencapsulation research techniques and the summary of their applications in various fields, the matters needing attention in the application of microencapsulation technology in the textile field and the limitations of the technology itself are found out.In the end, the future of microencapsulation technology is prospected.
