摘要(Abstract)：

在32头熔体直纺侧吹风纺丝卷绕设备上生产异形涤纶细旦全拉伸丝(FDY),对影响纤维染色性能的诸多因素进行分析,讨论了熔体质量、输送及纺丝温度、冷却上油、拉伸卷绕等工艺条件及日常管理对异形涤纶FDY染色性能的影响,解决了32头直纺异形涤纶FDY生产过程中存在的染色问题。
The 32 ends polyester(PET) profiled fully drawn yarn(FDY) is produced with melt direct spinning equipment and conventional quench air unit,the factors influencing dyeing of fiber are analyzed.The processes of melt quality,melt and spinning temperature,cooling,spin finish application,drawing and winding as well as effect of daily management on dyeing behavior of FDY are discussed.The dyeing problem of 32 ends direct spun polyester FDY is overcome.
